I don't see Canada listed anywhere so figured I'd have to call the international line.ĮDIT: Figured it out, I realized that the Game Capture HD app was missing a driver. If not, I'd like to connect with the customer service rep but I live in Canada and it says "long distance charges apply". Does anyone have any possible troubleshooting advice? I've tried everything (switching HDMI and USB cables and ports, removing HDCP, reinstalling program, reset etc), no luck. Cool white during the day, warm white for those late-night sessions, and 16 million colors to set any mood imaginable.
